This site has come about because of a small discussion between
Neil Ferguson and Gordon McNicol during the summer of 2001 at
the boat club's beach BBQ. Gordon had the idea of making a BrodickFC
web site, and Neil being a professional in that field seemed like
the logical person to ask.
Once the site got underway we decided that if it was going to
be done, it would be done properly, which involved more work than
we had perhaps anticipated.
But now our effort seems to have paid off, and the end product
is something we're both fairly pleased with.
Here's a little bit more about these two mugs.
Gordon McNicol
26 years old, Brodick local, currently working in Glasgow
and staying in the south side. Gordon's never quite made the
grade to play but has always been there on the sidelines making
up the bulk of the supporters' club.
Neil Ferguson
Aged 24, lives in west end of Glasgow and is currently a
web developer.
Handled all the 'computer geek' aspects of the web site.
Always been interested in Brodick FC, but not allowed to play
because he ain't local.
