Credit Card
Security
When the order is placed at our website you are taken to PayPal for secure
online payment, no credit card details are kept on our website.
Remittance Terms
We accept all major credit cards - online payments are taken through
PayPal.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction.
Your rights to return
goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Returns
All stock items come with a 7 day return policy if you are at all
dissatisfied (subject to being unused and returned in original packaging).
Please note we cannot refund postage & packaging charges in this
situation.
Contact us by email or
telephone and quote the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be
paid within 30 days.
Any breakages must be
reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
We cannot be held
responsible for any further delivery or customs charges incurred once the
goods have left our premises.
Severability
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a
matter of law, the enforceability of any other part of these terms and
conditions will not be affected.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by
and interpreted in accordance with Scottish Law and the Scottish Courts
shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a
consumer which remain unaffected.
Shipping and
Handling
We aim to dispatch items within 21 days of receipt of the order, to confirm
contact us.
We dispatch using Royal
Mail and Parcel Force. For Signed For Services please note that you may be
signing for the good being received "in good condition". In the
rare occurrence that goods arrive damaged, if they are signed for as
"in good condition" we are not able to make any claim with the
carrier therefore we will not refund the cost of the goods or offer a
replacement. It is imperative that the goods are check before signing them
"in good condition". if another individual signs for the goods it
is your responsibility to check they are aware of the delivery terms and
conditions, you cannot claim if they have not been made aware of these
conditions.
We deliver to the European
Union, if you are outwith this region please contact us to confirm delivery
timescale and cost.
We endeavor to inform you
if there is a problem with your order however we will not be liable any
losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay of your
order or if we need to cancel your order due to other factors.
If the Products are not
delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact
us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your
Order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your Order and
we will refund the money you have paid. Please note that while items sent
by Royal Mail usually arrive within 1-3 days, Royal Mail stipulate that
only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially
classified as lost. We use Parcel Force for item of a larger weight
(normally in excess of 1.5KG), this is a 24 hour service however they have
the same policy that an item is not deemed lost until 15 working days have
lapsed from when it was sent.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always
be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not
wait.
VAT
All orders are tax free.
